One moment this year stood out. Thorn was selected to present a full marketing plan to PropertyGuru’s senior management. What could have been a nerve-wracking experience became a milestone—not just for the work itself, but for the recognition that followed. “My manager and my head of department messaged me after saying I did well,” he shares. “This confirmed to me that I have grown a lot on my journey.”
