The Group has appointed Mr. Olivier Lim as Independent Chairman to the Board. Seasoned Australian Directors Jenny Macdonald and Melanie Wilson have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors. The move is part of a broader exercise to evolve its corporate governance in tandem with its high growth trajectory and the increasing scale of its business. The new Directors bring even greater diversity, breadth and depth to the Board.
