Responsibilities:
Lead projects/ teams the ground to execute on the client needs, whilst taking full responsibility for the delivery of high-quality work from your team members
Understand the client’s “why”, to help guide the “what” and “how” for potential solutions/ deliverables, distilling requirements from client-driven use cases
Translate requirements, designs and executes solutions tailored to client needs based on our existing standard products
Bring stakeholders and resources from across PropertyGuru for Business/ DSS together to effectively deliver the best for our clients
Collaborate with product owners, data analysts, engineers and others to conceptualise and develop new products, analyses or deliverables where required
While maximizing value delivery for our clients, identify additional opportunities how we can support our clients be even more profitable
Understand our existing products and offerings, supporting becoming a trusted advisor to our clients
Manage day-to-day relationships and expectations with clients throughout the project cycle
Manage day-to-day relationships and contracting with selected vendors to DSS
Tracks all engagement metrics, and provides regular reporting on the engagement performance
Effectively communicates
analyses, results and recommendations to business stakeholders for their
decision making
Requirements:
4-6 years’ experience within a top tier management consultancy
firm
2+ years’ experience leading project engagements with clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or similar field
An MBA from a leading global business school is a plus
Highly organised and structured, with excellent problem solving
skills
Quickly gains comfort with content areas which are unfamiliar and
drives content leadership
Builds good professional and personal relationships with client
teams at senior management levels
Hyper-focused on adding value through solving client problems efficiently
Ability to recognize and understand customer needs across a
spectrum of B2B clients
Comfortable communicating complex ideas simply and effectively –
verbally, in writing and through slides - to cross functional business
partners of varying technical levels and seniority (junior to C-level)
Have a good business mindset, love to solve business questions
and eager to make impact
Result-oriented and get things done mindset. “We push beyond
