We started as an entrepreneurially-driven company on a mission to revolutionise the way people find their home. As we scaled up, we invested in talent and technology to serve the evolving needs of our customers and consumers. Now, we further expand to build Southeast Asia’s property trust platform. We will enable transparency of property information, provide data-powered insights and innovative solutions that will create trust between property stakeholder from seekers to sellers, agents and developers, banks and valuers.

Back in 2006, Steve Melhuish and Jani Rautiainen were each trying to find a new home in Singapore. Spending hours going through the available sources for property choices and up-to-date pricing information only left them feeling further from the goal. They soon learnt that other property seekers were facing the same challenges and decided to do something about it. And so, PropertyGuru was born.
