Responsibilities:
The Head of
Sales Excellence will maximize effectiveness of our Sales Team by determining
and solving training needs of Sales Reps, Account Managers, Team Leads and Sales
Managers.
This role, will
develop and refine content delivery, methodology, procedures, systems, and
tools to help support the success of the Sales teams.
As the Head
of Sales Excellence for the Group, you will work closely with the Sales and Leadership
teams across the different Business Units to identify, prioritize and deliver
enablement needs for the region
Your Role
and Responsibilities:
- Manage
the Group Enablement, including onboarding.
- Consult
with Group Leadership and Human Resources to prioritize, design and
execute enablement delivery. Ensure alignment between the new hire
onboarding program and ongoing training initiatives.
- Create
and deliver innovative enablement techniques and strategies to maximize
retention of content.
- Improve
the following metrics: Ramp time of new sales employees, employee
retention, and overall training ROE/ROI.
- Promote
compliance and dedication to our sales process across Sales, Account
Executives, Team Leads.
- Host online
workshops, ad hoc enablement and in-classroom training sessions. Provide
additional office hours and support as needed.
- Partner
closely with Marketing, Product and Sales Enablement teams for the
delivery of market positioning, messaging and product capabilities as part
of solution content such as key sales plays.
- Develop
a cadence to continuously deliver enablement to improve knowledge,
capability, and competency.
Requirements:
- 7+
years within Tech industry and 3+ years in a sales enablement role
Bachelor’s
degree - Prior
track record of success within a sales organization
- Strong
organizational skills with evidence of successfully running concurrent
projects
- Passion
for training and the learning environments
- Self-starter
who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Strong
written, verbal, and social skills
