Roles & Responsibilities
Based in Thailand, reporting to the
Engagement Marketing Manager, the Engagement Marketing & Agent Onboarding (Senior
Executive) will play a critical role in supporting the planning, development
and implementation of multi-channel marketing programs, focused on engaging the
agent community (both members and non-members) through communication, content
and customer loyalty strategies that would lead to adoption of and loyalty
towards our brand, product and services. In close partnership with and support
for Sales, Customer Service and Product teams, the implemented marketing
programs will build and improve relationship between DDproperty and the real
estate agent community in Thailand, to drive business growth for the company.
In addition, the role is also responsible for agent
training, onboarding and upskilling initiatives across the Thailand market and
creating a world-class learning and development experience for our agent
partners. You will elevate the vision of DDproperty Academy, into a best-in-class
programme for our agent partners. As an Engagement Marketing & Agent Onboarding
(Senior Executive), you will be responsible for all things related to the
onboarding and training lifecycle of our agent partners, from new partner
training on DDproperty platform, facilitating industry webinars, to professional
certified courses in collaboration with external institutions. The role is also
responsible for the curation of online and offline partner learning resources.
Content & Communication:
•Localise and execute in-country content and communication initiatives, in a timely and quality manner
•Develop and manage on/offline brand/service marketing and engagement content, including but not limited to electronic direct mailer, blog, help centre content, printed collaterals, event usage materials, sales deck
Manage outsourced content projects, accountable for the timeliness and quality of content deliverables, scope includes:
•Management of budget, recruitment and payments to freelancers
•Development of briefs and communications with freelancers for timely and quality deliveries
•Perform quality and sense checks on both briefs and submitted content
•Use analytical data to measure, track, and refine content and communication channels to improve effectiveness, and develop campaign post-mortem reports and analysis for future learnings
•Localise and execute a variety of in-country on-ground activation initiatives, in a timely and quality manner, that includes networking events, thought-leadership events, PR events, trade association partnerships/sponsorships, festive gifting, etc.
•Manage every detail and aspect associated to the production of an on-ground activation activity including but not limited to budgets, timeline, venue, program, invitations, roles, content, door gifts, etc.
•Use analytical data and customer feedback to measure, track, and refine activities to improve effectiveness, and develop activity post-mortem reports and analysis for future learnings
•Identify and assess partner training needs and gaps to develop and execute training contents and resources
•Establish a culture of lifelong learning so that agent partners are best equipped for industry
•Design, develop and enhance training programs to grow partner quality/satisfaction score
•Develop training and onboarding materials, structuring e-content, help centre, and conduct instructor-led training classes and onboarding sessions
•Ensure training contents are aligned with business vision, and updated with the latest information, services and platform features
•Responsible for key training performance metrics and partner satisfaction scores
•Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution (Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field of study)
•At least 3 years of work experience in a related field (B2C marketing)
•Strong written and oral communication skills in Thai and English, including experience in writing and creating content for the web with a strong sense of aesthetics, manage internal and external stakeholders/customers and conduct training in both languages
•Detail-oriented, experience in planning and running events
•Quick thinker, creative and great story teller
•Proven ability to think strategically and have a hands-on approach
•Comfortable with using data analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
•Adaptable to manage change in a fast-paced work culture
•Competent in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience in WordPress, SharePoint and Intercom is a bonus.
•Experience with Learning Management System and eLearning platforms is a bonus.
•Result-oriented team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
•Meticulous, self-initiated, strong project management skills
