Responsibilities: 

Help home seekers to have more confidence to buy their homes by introducing an analysis through video format in all channels required to achieve the team’s quantity and quality target.

• Providing useful knowledge to consumer who seeking for property or people who have already bought property
• To analyze real estate project and give pros. and cons.
• Create a strong key message and script of real estate project.
• Present content with creativity.
• Develop and implement an initiative/strategy for any video programs.
• To support and coordinate content team in real estate knowledge.
• Answer questions and give suggestions to the audience as much as possible.
• Support event team by writing a Real Estate How-to book occasionally.
• Participate in solving problems at the team level on operations or thinking and developing products at the team level, having skills in problem solving.
• Review and comment on video production to meet the quality standard.

Requirements:

• Passionate and strong interest in real estate
• Excellent in property and location analysis
• Good personality and credibility
• Good skills in researching, composing and presenting
• Ability to communicate creatively.
• Be able to create various interesting topics and content with impressive presentations.
• Highly organized with good time management
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexible and punctual
• Love to work as a team and continuously improve personal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture / Interior Design / MBA / MRE / BBA or any related fields or experience in real estate is highly preferable.
