Responsibilities:
Work closely with product and lifecycle managers to plan, design, execute and report on a series of product and lifecycle management interventions To drive traffic from our property seeker consumer segment to PG’s home services brand – Sendhelper Optimizing for business outcomes such as GMV, bookings and repeat bookings. You will succeed in this role if you are willing to learn, are detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team setting. Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a lifecycle marketing or product management role Hands on experience using a marketing automation tool e.g. Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, Emarsys Basic knowledge of web traffic analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics Ability to frame hypothesis and propose experiments to drive adoption and usage of a variety of Home Services in different PG Consumer audience segments [Good to Have] Basic knowledge of statistics to design experiments - Power Analysis / Stat. Sig. Outcomes Hands on delivery for audience sizing, campaign management, liaison with creative team and A/B test setup Weekly / monthly performance reporting with summary of results, learnings and next steps
