Solutions (DSS) are looking for a Senior Product Analyst – Sendhelper to
join our growing team of passionate Gurus who are determined to drive digital
transformation for our enterprise partners across the property ecosystem in

The Senior Product Analyst – Sendhelper’s
primary responsibility is to support building and improving products and
solutions that provide a great customer experience, drive conversion and
provide effective home services to our key customer segments. In this role,
you will partner with the leadership team, the Senior Product Manager and
other Analysts, the Product Strategy team, Engineering team as well as the
wider Sendhelper operational teams to bring the envisioned best in class
service to life.

Responsibilities
Support the Sr. Product Manager – Sendhelper, and the overall implementation of the product strategy, roadmap, and business plan for Sendhelper
Understand the competitive landscape across Singapore and maintain market insights across the industry for your specific product lines.
Develop clear product documentation and development tickets including specifications, user stories, wireframes, data visualisations and process flows.
Write detailed (technical and non-technical) requirements for designers and engineers, and work with them to assure that the product and features are delivered as planned.
Leverage a hypothesis driven approach to product management
Partner with internal stakeholders to review the product roadmap and ensure alignment.
Monitor key product KPIs to improve Sendhelper’s overall performance
Communicate the product vision to stakeholders, driving common understanding and alignment on priorities.
Liaise with other business units, product managers, engineers, designers, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless development and execution.
Support product development from ideation to launch, thereby helping millions of property-seekers find their dream home confidently.
Requirement
A bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical and/or business management discipline
2+ years crafting and delivering world-class products in a product management role
1 year+ experience in agile product management, preferably in both B2B and B2C capacity
Experience leveraging a hypothesis driven approach to product management and experimentation
Strong technical skills, analytical mind and experience in successfully launching and scaling digital products
Diligent, detail-oriented, structured and driven to deliver high quality products
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, BigQuery is a plus
Experience in - or affinity with – the home services or ecommerce industry is a plus
Organizational and leadership abilities to influence, negotiate and deliver results
Self-starter with a strong focus on metric-driven operations, comfortable with change, and ability to motivate and maximize productivity in a fast-paced environment
