Responsibilities:

•  Facilitate risk assessment workshops with various business units to ensure key risks are identified and managed
• Promote risk awareness and support business units by providing guidance on risk management processes
• Proactively engage risk owners to monitor and report risks, build tools and processes, drive risk informed decision-making and enhance risk informed execution
• Implement Control Self-Assessment to provide assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of controlsRegular monitoring and reporting of risks and emerging issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, CPA, CIA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Thorough understanding of ISO31000 and COSO control framework
• Ability to work with all levels of management in a high pace and dynamic environment
• Effective communicator and problem-solver, with good analytical skills
• Proactive, meticulous, independent and resourceful
