Responsibilities:
Facilitate risk assessment workshops with various business units to ensure key risks are identified and managed Promote risk awareness and support business units by providing guidance on risk management processes Proactively engage risk owners to monitor and report risks, build tools and processes, drive risk informed decision-making and enhance risk informed execution Implement Control Self-Assessment to provide assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of controlsRegular monitoring and reporting of risks and emerging issues Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, CPA, CIA or equivalent Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Thorough understanding of ISO31000 and COSO control framework Ability to work with all levels of management in a high pace and dynamic environment Effective communicator and problem-solver, with good analytical skills Proactive, meticulous, independent and resourceful PropertyGuru Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative an learning environment with the best employees.
