Responsibilities:
Maintain timely delivery and accuracy of all recurring
critical business reports. Maximise uptime and ensure continued accuracy
of dashboards produced by the team. Collaborate with Marketing leaders to gather
requirements for tactical requests which include but are not limited to
reporting dashboards, tactical analysis of marketing data, planning and
setup to measure marketing experiments, and supporting forecasting
projects. Plan, deploy, validate, and maintain data
pipelines on which existing / new marketing tools are dependent.
Collaborate with Data Science / Data Engineering teams as needed to
deliver on the above. Conduct large-scale data analysis and
modelling to derive actionable insights to improve effectiveness or efficiency
of marketing projects, to perform spend/budget forecast, and to inform
decision-making within the Marketing organisation. Collaborate with operational teams to automate
or streamline data processes (reporting, analysis), with the goal of
improving teams’ productivity. This involves discovery work to understand
needs and challenges, jointly crafting requirements for data solutions,
assisting with the deployment of designed solutions, and education of
teams on how to leverage on deployed solutions. Manage relationships with 3rd party data
vendors, leveraging on their resources and expertise to our benefit. Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistic, Science,
Economics, or Quantitative major. 4+ years’ experience in Analytic roles either
in Marketing or Sales or Product. Extensive working experience with Google
Analytic or other web analytic tool. Highly proficient in MS Excel and SQL. Experience in Digital Marketing (Google,
Facebook, etc.) is a strong plus. Experience in Statistical analysis (hypothesis
development, testing, regression). Excellent communication and presentation skills
and demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple teams or business
leaders.
