Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition
Identify and acquire new business
opportunities in Singapore for revenue growing within real estate core
sectors - Financial Institutions, Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Agencies, Brokers, Insurance
Companies, Investors, Government Agencies, and more
Develop and execute sales strategies based on a structured
territory plan. This includes identifying, qualifying, and building
strong pipeline on net new logos.
Adept at understanding (unmet/ underlying) client pain points,
and comfortable at identifying the right solution to said pain points
Strong business acumen on targeted client sector and able to
curate fit-for-purpose sales proposal in delivering value propositions and
potential ROI for clients.
Actively track and provide timely update on sales performances
against the assigned monthly and quarterly sales target in CRM tool. Ensure CRM
hygiene with excellent pipeline and opportunity management.
Ensure the highest standards of ethics and
compliant behaviour in sales contract negotiations, rate card pricing
and client management, before handing over the newly acquired logo to
the DSS Customer Success team for onboarding.
Relationship Management
Develop deep relationships with decision-makers in your pipeline
of prospective net new corporate logos based on organization hierarchy
mapping and business functions.
Establish a solid understanding of all granular aspects of the
DSS product and solutions in Singapore to acquire new corporate logos
faster and more efficiently. Build and maintain relationships within the
wider client organisation including GMs, Directors, Tech / Finance /
Procurement / BD to ensure more net new logo opportunities and to
explore untapped revenue opportunities for DSS products.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional
stakeholders to present DSS solutions that address client needs while
simultaneously meeting your monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of B2B Sales /
Business Development experience within a fast-paced and highly
competitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environment (direct
client facing role) in Singapore.
Proven track record as a solid
performer in net new logo acquisition and in exceeding sales targets.
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work
well in an online startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous)
environment.
Must be able to work independently most of the time and think
strategically when approaching sales tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively network with
clients and within the PropertyGuru business.
Coachable attitude: Willing
and able to learn about the PropertyGuru platform, DSS product suites,
processes, and stakeholders extremely fast.
Communication: Strong and
effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can
verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and
succinctly to new client prospects and internally.
Deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech environment.
Demonstrate high integrity and respect in performing sales duties.
Proficiency in using CRM tools.
Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
An in-depth understanding of the real estate market and ecosystem
players in Singapore and Southeast Asia is a plus
Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
