Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team, specifically to drive internal communications for our People & Culture (P&C) projects and products.
What you will do
- Develop / build on a full internal communications plan for the roll-out of key P&C projects and products, which will include key messages, communications tactics, launch plan, leadership outreach, and sustained communications.
- Execute internal communications and roll-out plans end-to-end, following clear timelines / calendar of activities.
- Produce creative materials and assets as needed, based on the plan, working closely with our Brand & Creatives team and freelancers
- Provide creative ideas to excite, educate, and engage Gurus.
- Brainstorm with our team and provide creative ideas to improve internal communications delivery, including suggestions on the use of new and innovative tools or platforms or automated processes.
- Assist in seeking out stories and people that demonstrate our strategy in action. Choose internal channels to share the stories so they are visible to all the right people, in all the right places. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to share relevant stories.
- Craft and or edit written communications and curate engaging content with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement across multiple internal channels.
- Manage related communications costs and invoices as needed.
- Monitor and measure communications delivery with clear metrics and KPIs.
- Deliver internal communications for other People & Culture initiatives / projects as needed.
As a communications Manager, you will collaborate with the Internal Communications and People & Culture teams to support the delivery of high-impact internal communications.
Requirements:
- Someone with a bachelor's degree or diploma holders in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing, with 8 to 10 years' work experience.
- Strategic Thinking – The ability to put together well-thought-out roll-out plans for P&C projects and products.
- Writing Skills – Strong English writing and editing skills; the ability to convey messages coherently and creatively.
- Communication – The ability to speak compellingly in sharing ideas. Not afraid to raise hand or ask questions.
- Project Management – The ability to manage and coordinate projects from end-to-end.
- Change Management – Preferably with experience in communicating internal change management from a people, process or platforms perspective.
- Creativity – Ability to bring fresh ideas to work, create solutions to challenges, and positively question current thinking. Has an inherently curious mindset.
- Adaptability – Comfort in a fast-paced environment with the ability embrace changes and shift priorities as needed as part of a fast-growing team.
- Collaboration – Ability to thrive as a team player working alongside partners and other key stakeholders.
- Passion – Keen to learn about PropertyGuru and be motivated to help people solve business problems through communications.
