- Develop an overall organic acquisition strategy with particular emphasis on SEO & other growth channels like Youtube/social platforms. Identify and prioritize top opportunities, and ensure alignment across product, content, and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct experiments, perform A/B Tests to measure impact of content efforts and diagnose opportunities for optimization.
- Support content team in developing strategies and roadmap.
- Partner with Brand, marketing, and other functions to collaborate on end-to-end consumer acquisition strategies.
- Review and audit our assets (main websites) to propose potential content and code optimization. Analyse competitor websites to find the gaps
- Leverage SEO tactics to identify key market trends and opportunities to create exposure and drive demand online.
- Work with product and tech teams to implement schema mark-ups and product changes catering to organic growth.
- Effectively use SEO tools like Similarweb, SEO Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screamingfrog etc. to identify technical issues & opportunities.
- Gather insights and measure the effectiveness of on-site and off-site SEO activities.
Work with and manage organic growth executives to achieve the targets through coaching and mentoring.

- Experience and knowledge in On Page Optimization, Off Page Link Building, Keyword Research, Content Strategy, Social Media Buzz, Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and Technical Web Analysis.
- Expert knowledge of Google products such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Keyword Planner.
- Project management skills to manage input and output of any relevant SEO campaign, liaising with in-house or external agency personnel.
- Ability to analyze results and visualize the outcome of SEO campaigns.
- Solid English written and verbal communication skill is a must.
- Drive execution and delivery of initiatives. Consistently HBML: Hypothesize, Build, Measure, Learn.
- Strong influencer and executioner, with the ability to translate recommendations into results.
