As our Assistant Marketing Manager (Agent Monetisation), you will be directly responsible for driving cash income and revenue to the business via your data-driven marketing plans. You possess an analytical mind that derives insight from both quals and quants, and question when data doesn’t match anecdotes. You get excited by discussions around pricing and promotions, and enjoy finding new avenues to grow revenue. Most importantly, you are a remarkable storyteller who can take complex information and fashion it into relevant materials your customer is excited to read. Connect and collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage monetisation opportunities that ties in with business objectives Partner with Sales Operations / Product Engineers to ensure timely delivery of monetisation campaigns, and provide weekly reporting of campaign performance Own and develop plans to drive product awareness, adoption, re-purchase and grow the business through, but not limited to:Ideating and executing new product go-to-market plans to effectively reach target audience and achieve business objective Developing compelling product value proposition, key messages, and user case studies, substantiated with researched data findings to create multi-channel sales and marketing collaterals. Comprises of sales pitch guide, product brochure, sales deck etc Developing and executing multi-channel monetisation programmes. Including gamification, product bundling, time-limited sales promotion, upsell, cross-sell and renewal campaigns, etc Collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing Team to plan and produce activity/event-triggered customer lifecycle touchpoints and communications o Using analytical data to measure, track, and refine content and communication channels to improve effectiveness, and post-mortem reports and analysis for future learning Forecast and manage marketing budgets and expenses Assist in other projects / tasks when required REQUIREMENTS • At least 3 years of working experience in team management in a commercial environment, preferably in e-Commerce • Have experience working alongside Sales and Product teams, in a tech and B2C context • Well versed in digital marketing methodologies, strong background in marketing communications and project management • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English • Strong analytical skills, with interest in data analytics and is meticulous over details • Quick thinker, creative and great storyteller • Competent in Excel and PowerPoint • Product marketing experience is a big plus • Passion and experience in writing and creating content for marketing materials (in Vietnamese), with a strong sense of aesthetics • Experience in Looker is a bonusQUALIFICATION • Degree in Marketing or Business
