Disha is a versatile global marketing leader with deep brand expertise coupled with strong business and sustainability acumen. She brings rich experience having led strategic marketing and communications teams & cross-functional work streams for some of the most well-known tech companies in the world, working across 30+ markets in Asia, Europe & the Americas. In 2018, she was recognised as one of Asia-Pacific's 40 under 40 most influential marketers & communicators.

At PropertyGuru, Disha leads the Group’s Brand Strategy, Corporate Communications, and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) mandate and is responsible for taking forward the latest brand positioning that reflects a strategic evolution of the Group, with an emphasis on ‘guidance’.

Before joining PropertyGuru Group, Disha served as the Senior Global Director of Marketing at Twitter where she led global strategy and built Twitter’s business brand globally. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Google where in her last role she was their Head of Ad Product Commercialisation for Asia Pacific region.

Disha is passionate about scaling mission-driven companies by building diverse teams and developing bold, purposeful and inclusive marketing & communication programs that are customer first, thought-leadership oriented and serve as industry references. She is an experienced leader adept at building high performing teams and leveraging cross functional expertise for business development and growth.

Disha is a co-founder of a personal foundation – Sangam, focussed on driving social impact across 10 charities in India and Singapore across education, sports, animal welfare and gender equality. She is a mentor at Connected Women, a Tech community in Singapore across 8 leading technology companies.

Disha has a Diploma in Global Leaders Program from Stanford Business School and a Diploma in Marketing from INSEAD. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Osmania University, India.
