THE NATION’S FINEST REAL ESTATE PRESENTED IN 62 COVETED TITLES AT TRIUMPHANT GALA CELEBRATION IN HCMC’S GEM CENTER

Vietnam’s finest real estate developers and projects were accoladed in 62 categories today during the gala celebration of the 8th Annual PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Häfele Vietnam, Saint-Gobain Vietnam, and Dulux Professional, as well as Batdongsan.com.vn in cooperation with local partner Oriental Media Vietnam.
Around 500 senior industry guests attended the 2022 edition of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, held for the first time at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
In a first for the company, Phu My Hung Development Corporation won the sought-after title of Best Developer. The company also won the Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction, Special Recognition for CSR, and Special Recognition for Building Communities, plus one Highly Commended citation for its project Hong Hac City.
Keppel Land emerged as the most awarded company of the night with 11 competitive wins, including the titles of Best Mixed Use Developer and Best Sustainable Developer. The Infiniti bested many other winners in the residential categories for the prestigious title of Best Condo Development (Vietnam), one of four wins for the Keppel Land project. Two of Keppel Land’s ventures with Phu Long Real Estate Corporation, Celesta Avenue and Celesta Heights, were named Best Housing Development (HCMC) and Best Condo Architectural Design, respectively.
Joseph Low, president of Keppel Land (Vietnam), accepted the golden statuette for the 2022 Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year award. The title, decided by the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, was presented to Low in honour of his three decades of leadership at Keppel Land, providing impetus for the company’s flagship projects in Vietnam and redefining the country’s urban skylines.
Joseph Low said: “I am honoured to receive the PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year award. This accolade is an affirmation not only of myself, but also of Keppel Land’s achievements in contributing to sustainable urbanisation in Vietnam, and it will spur us on as we deliver on our vision to redefine urban spaces for a sustainable future.”
Companies under VSIP accumulated eight wins. In one of three wins, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park and Township Development Joint Stock Company (VSIP JSC) garnered the title of Best Industrial Developer. Sun Casa Central by VSIP J.V., Co., Ltd won Best Housing Development (Binh Duong) while The Habitat Binh Duong by VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway Development Co., Ltd. won Best Condo Development (Binh Duong). BelHomes Hai Phong by VSIP Hai Phong Co., Ltd. was named Best Completed Housing Development.
Another multi-awarded company, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, ended the night with seven wins, including the title of Best Boutique Developer. Its project Cadia Quy Nhon accumulated three wins.
Hung Thinh Land received the Best Community Developer award and garnered three wins for its projects MerryLand Quy Nhon and Canal District – MerryLand and Quy Nhon. Hung Thinh Land and Hung Thinh Corporation each earned a Special Recognition.
Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC earned five wins, including two for its project The Privia. SonKim Land Corporation, on the other hand, gained four wins, including the title of Best Luxury Developer, and the Best High End Condo Development (HCMC) and Best High End Condo Interior Design awards for The 9 Stellars.
Sycamore by CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) was hailed Best Housing Development (Vietnam), one of three wins for the project. CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) itself garnered the Special Recognition for CSR.
Other companies that won in the Developer categories were TNR Holdings Vietnam (Best Lifestyle Developer) and T&T Homes (Best Breakthrough Developer).

The Vietnam Property Awards mark the continuation of the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series of celebrations, set to culminate with the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December. Main winners in Vietnam, including the Best Developer, will compete for the ‘Best in Asia’ titles at the grand finale in Bangkok, Thailand. The PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit, the thought leadership platform of PropertyGuru Group, will also take place in the Thai capital on 8 December.
