JAKARTA, Indonesia — PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today celebrated Indonesia’s finest real estate achievements at its annual gala in the country.
The 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Accor and MytePro, bestowed 60 marks of excellence on companies, joint ventures, and luminaries from across the archipelago at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, the official venue of the programme.
Summarecon Group scored the year’s top honour, Best Developer, for the first time in its history. This landmark achievement was bolstered by wins for its large-scale integrated townships, including Summarecon Bandung, Summarecon Bogor, and Summarecon Serpong. Residential and commercial projects within these townships, such as Ardea at Summarecon Serpong and Xandari at Summarecon Bandung, took top development and design honours.
In a poignant tribute, the inaugural Life Achievement Award was presented to Soetjipto Nagaria, founder of Summarecon Group. The award recognises his long legacy of creating live-work-play communities that have decentralised Indonesian cities and housed generations of property seekers.
PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk achieved a double victory as Best Mixed Use Developer and Best Hospitality Developer, with its subsidiary PT Grama Pramesi Siddhi winning for Pakuwon Residences Bekasi and Pakuwon Mall Bekasi Superblock.
Paramount Land was distinguished as Best Township Developer, supported by award-winning project Matera Signature. Buoyed by award-winning mega-township Kota Baru Parahyangan, PT Belaputera Intiland earned the title of Best Sustainable Developer.
PT. Putragaya Wahana was celebrated as Best Commercial Developer, while its president director, Alvin Gozali, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year. Gozali’s leadership was instrumental in the company’s award-winning success, driven by the flagship Thamrin Nine complex and its acclaimed components: Agora and Luminary Tower.
Also debuting this year, the Rising Star award was presented to William Liusudarso, president director of Easton Urban Kapital, whose firm’s townhouse developments achieved various honours.
One of the year’s most awarded companies, Sinar Mas Land showcased a massive portfolio of award-winning projects, led by the townships BSD City and Grand Wisata, alongside innovative residential concepts like Giva at The Kaia; Yara at The Kaia; and The Armont Residences.
ASRI, a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, also collected multiple awards across the projects 25hours Hotel The Oddbird Jakarta and K Mall at Menara Jakarta.
The 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards distinguished a diverse spectrum of Indonesia’s property market and showcased accessible housing initiatives. Winners like Masgroup; PT Daun Karya Propertindo; and PT Harmony Land Group set high benchmarks for affordable and low-cost residential development.
Conversely, the luxury sector was celebrated with accolades for the likes of Royale Residence by DM Projects Group; Shanti Village by PT Sitara Property Estate; and Botanic Villa at NavaPark, a joint venture by Hongkong Land and Sinar Mas Land, which won the coveted Best Housing Development (Indonesia) title.
The programme also honoured projects of public and strategic importance, including the infrastructure development JPM Dukuh Atas by KSO WBVF – PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta and the industrial estate Industropolis Batang SEZ by PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang.
Additionally, the 2025 PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards celebrated winning projects from Breig Property; Genting Simon Group; Mandiri Land; Prime Land; PT Infiniti Triniti Jaya; Sewu Development; and Triniti Land.
