Vic Sithasanan joined PropertyGuru as Malaysia’s Managing Director in November 2025. He brings over two decades of leadership experience, with a proven track record in marketplace growth, digital innovation, and customer experience.

As Managing Director, Vic is responsible for leading the growth of Malaysia’s leading property marketplaces – PropertyGuru and iProperty and driving strategies that strengthen the customer value.

Vic joins PropertyGuru following a highly successful tenure at SEEK, where he served as Managing Director for both Singapore and, previously, Malaysia. During his tenure, Vic oversaw strong business growth and led major digital and commercial transformations across both markets. Previously, Vic co-founded HYPERLAB, an AI company that automated customer conversations for major brands. Following its acquisition in 2018, he served as Chief Growth Officer, leading its international expansion into the United States, Japan, and other key markets.

Vic holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of Bristol.
