Ruth is a global HR Director specialising in partnering with C-Suite and global leadership teams across various industries, including financial services, technology, and property technology, ranging from tech start-ups to global MNCs. With two decades of years of experience in various leadership roles, she thrives on leading and managing teams across business partnering, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee relations.

As Head of People & Culture at PropertyGuru Group, Ruth is responsible for fostering a thriving, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture across the organisation. She plays a critical role in aligning the company’s people strategies with its overarching business goals, ensuring that PropertyGuru attracts, retains, and develops top talent in the competitive property technology sector. She leads a team of over 40 People & Culture experts and is committed to driving technology adoption, leading organisation design to maximise efficiency and delivering an enabling growth environment for Gurus. 

Prior to joining PropertyGuru, Ruth was a highly impactful leader at Dyson, where she served as Global HR Director for RDD, Operations, and Quality across the United Kingdom and Southeast Asia. As a key strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Committee, she played a key role in driving a company-wide strategy. She successfully led organisational transformations by implementing project-based organisational design, supporting the establishment of strategic software hubs and strengthening talent pipelines in Europe and Southeast Asia. Prior to that, Ruth worked as an Employment Lawyer, and in HR at Macquarie Group and Merrill Lynch Bank of America in London. 

Ruth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Leeds, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University, and a Legal Practice Course in Law from The College of Law.
