Duong Bach is the Managing Director of PropertyGuru Vietnam (Batdongsan.com.vn), where he leads a dynamic team of more than 600 employees nationwide. Under his leadership, Batdongsan.com.vn is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by strategic investments in technology and product innovation to better serve property seekers and sellers.

Duong brings over two decades of global experience in technology and digital innovation, with a career spanning Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam. He spent more than 12 years at Google, holding roles in both Singapore and the U.S. His most recent position was Product Manager for Google Maps, where he contributed to multiple high-impact initiatives across Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Americas.

In early 2021, Duong returned to Vietnam from the United States to become CEO of CleverGroup, a publicly listed digital marketing company. This move reflected his deep commitment to advancing Vietnam’s technology ecosystem and supporting the country’s rapidly growing digital economy.

He also serves as Chairman of the Board at JobsGo, a job marketplace start-up.

Duong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Communication Software and Networks from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
