Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

PropertyGuru Group’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets standards of behaviour for any person representing or contracting with PropertyGuru Group. This Code reflects our commitment to conducting business with honesty and integrity and operating at the highest standards of ethical conduct and corporate governance relative to applicable laws and regulations in each of the markets in which we operate.

Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy

PropertyGuru Group’s Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy reflects our commitment to conducting business activities in an ethical, lawful and socially responsible manner, and in accordance with applicable anti-corruption laws.

This Policy applies to all PropertyGuru employees, officers and directors, as well as all third parties representing PropertyGuru (including our business associates, consultants, contractors, agents, vendors and suppliers).

Whistleblower Protection Policy

PropertyGuru Group encourages employees, contractors, third party vendors, customers and business partners to make PropertyGuru Group aware of any misconduct, unethical behaviour or wrongdoing within the organisation, as well as any practices, procedures or circumstances that raise concerns with respect to PropertyGuru Group’s accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters.

PropertyGuru Group’s Whistleblower Protection Policy has been adopted to provide a safe and confidential environment where such concerns can be raised by whistleblowers without fear of reprisal or detrimental treatment.

Supplier Code of Conduct

PropertyGuru Group maintains the highest ethical standards in conducting business activities and we expect the same from our suppliers. PropertyGuru Group’s Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards of conduct expected of any supplier, contractor, consultant or any other party performing work for and on behalf of PropertyGuru Group.
