- Support SE Manager to define and build our sales competency model which describe expected competencies required for different sales roles
- Support SE Manager to Partner with Sales Manager to design sales curriculum and structure sales development programmes
- Define, design, develop and execute Sales capability programs/ training sessions across a variety of mediums (e.g., in-person, virtual. eLearning, videos, on-the-job support, management reinforcement & coaching tools) to improve upon the way we onboard new customers and sell to both Agent and Agency/Developer ones
- Drive sales capability and engagement programs and events both as a coach, speaker & facilitator
- Partner with internal subject matter experts (product, marketing) and external vendors to execute desired sales training objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leads, offering insights and recommendations to address their organizational learning needs and challenges.
- To support SE Manager in stakeholder management.
- In-charge of Knowledge application/reinforcement campaigns and social sharing sessions
- Other task as required by SM manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s level Degree in business, communication, education, HR or equivalent Degree
- 5+ years of experience in partnering sales leaders to build and/or deliver training programs
- Strong understanding of sales competency and capability
- Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills
- Experience with measuring effectiveness of training programs
- Experience with managing cross-functional teams and partnering with external vendors
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and content management systems
- Digital industry experience
