Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the relationship between Paid Search/Social and other online and offline marketing activities.
- Set up, monitor, manage, and optimize Paid Search/Social activities.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Set monthly and yearly KPIs, regularly reviewing campaign performance against business targets. Conduct weekly and monthly metrics reporting across digital channels.
- Employ various analytics tools to conduct in-depth data analysis, extracting meaningful insights from campaign performance, audience behaviour, and market trends.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and others to provide a holistic view of digital marketing effectiveness.
- Develop actionable strategies based on data-driven findings to enhance overall campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop, oversee, and evaluate the implementation of A/B test campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Identify trends and insights, staying abreast of new social media or web technologies, and digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, overseeing daily ad hoc operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience)
- 2+ years of experience in performance-based marketing
- Detailed understanding/knowledge of paid media advertising
- Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
- Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere in a multiple stakeholder environment.
- Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships internally.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
