Responsibilities:
PropertyGuru’s Head of Talent Acquisition has a leading role to shape the company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy and is accountable for hiring exceptional talent to facilitate continued growth.
You’ll likely come from a fast-paced international environment and bring innovative new recruiting solutions to the table. Ideally you will have a background in consumer and technology industries. Career stability and leadership experience will be critical factors in our selection process.
- Champion operational excellence throughout the recruitment process, with a specific focus on our non-engineering job families
- Coach talent across your international team and guide them to identify exceptional candidates and bar-raisers for PropertyGuru Group
- Hands-on recruitment of senior positions across multiple different functions
- Educate Hiring Managers at all levels to improve the way we attract, assess and hire top talent
- Design inclusive, globally-aligned initiatives to facilitate our immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring both Hiring Managers and candidates have a first-class recruitment experience
- A Brand Ambassador for PropertyGuru
Requirements:
- 10 years recruitment experience, with at least 4 years of team management experience
- Previous experience in hiring for the Southeast Asia market would be advantageous
- Expertise in assessing quality of hire from multiple angles
- Experience working with leaders and HR Business partners in a COE model
- Experience sharing market insights with leaders and HR to support future business plans
- Strong business acumen, proficient in leveraging data to build business cases
- Demonstrated skill in upskilling and supporting recruiters in achieving ambitious targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and drive change and continuous improvement within complex corporate environments
- Experience of a range of recruitment tools and systems such as a corporate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate assessment tools and social media channels
- Keen interest in technology and industry trends
We operate a flexible hybrid working policy. This role is based onsite at our Headquarters in Singapore and work permit sponsorship is available for exceptional talent.
