Southeast Asia’s leading online property group is on a journey to reshape how
people in Southeast Asia finance their homes. The vision is to make home
financing transparent and friction-free. As part of that vision, we aspire to
become Singapore’s leading mortgage marketplace in the coming three to five years
by innovating and revolutionising the delivery systems and the entire
end-to-end process of how customers secure financing for their homes. We will
eventually extend this footprint to include countries within the region.
With
this new and exciting adventure here at PropertyGuru Group, we are looking
for the right people to be a part of this new team.
One
of the core roles will be that of the Client Relationship Manager, who will
be responsible for generating leads for PropertyGuru Finance. The
successful candidate will be part of the team working on acquiring sales
leads from existing database of leads and customers, and new acquisition channels,
campaigns, and work with other stakeholders within the PropertyGuru ecosystem
to explore opportunities to collaborate. This person will be working with the
latest design thinking and technology in the course of their work.
Responsibilities
- To drive outbound lead acquisition efforts, tapping on existing internal databases and exploring new sources and channels.
- Candidate will function as an Individual Contributor, working within a team of Client Relationship Managers.
- To keep up to date with the latest developments/learnings in the property market, real estate regulations and banking rules/changes.
- To identify creative, untapped lead opportunities and create and drive acquisition efforts.
Daily/weekly tracking of campaign/acquisition efforts and taking necessary steps to make adjustments /pivot. - Working closely with the Team Lead, Client Relationship, to execute strategies and tactical campaigns, and all other such activities related to Fintech and outbound lead generation.
Requirements:
- Degree with minimum of 1 year related experience
- Strong service mindset, driven and a self-starter.
- Creative and willing to test and validate lead acquisition hypotheses.
- A proven track record in outbound lead generation/acquisition role is critical.
- Proven track record in a sales-related, service-related and/or advisory industries is preferred.
- Effective influencing and communication skills, both within the team, as well as members of the other functions within Fintech.
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident
personality, able to think quickly on your feet and able to work in a
fast-paced environment.
