Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales and revenue performance
analysis on a regular basis to support sales optimization.
- Responsible to prepare sales and revenue
performance reports.
- Support tracking and monitoring of sales
pipeline and processes.
- Support sales operations through process
improvement recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc projects relating to sales
strategy and operations.
- Conduct meetings and
presentations as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience in SalesForce is a bonus.
- Positive individual
who can effectively engage with others and foster a collaborative and uplifting
work environment.
