Responsibilities: To actively focus on increasing
the number of new sign ups of Real Estate Agents subscribing to PropertyGuru Group. This is achieved through
increased market penetration and active representation of the PropertyGuru brand by the Business Development Team. Here's what you will do: To drive agents penetration and meet team target Focus on converting prospects into paying agent subscribers Meet the team target of new acquisitions Create a target list for each day Prioritize the target list Plan and make notes for each Agent prospect on the target list Set call schedule & duration for the day Strive to increase the conversion rate of – Call to Sales/Call Duration Develop a prospect list in conjunction with the CRM system Continue to seek out new prospects Cooperate with CRM to constantly update the prospect list Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on signing up
prospects to become PropertyGuru Group subscribers Make sales appointments in line with the daily & weekly targets Be pro-active in visiting Agent prospects Increase call and duration of phone sales Convert call activities into sales, by applying positive sales approach Establish a professional relationship with Agents that have subscribed to PropertyGuru Group and actively seek referrals from them Strive to convince and convert competitor users to become PropertyGuru Group’s subscribers Engage in regular and frequent communication with each prospect Closely work with Agent Marketing team to develop and ensure a regular schedule of contact with prospects Ensure meaningful communications with value to each prospect Ensure the communications and messages are delivered to prospects in an effective mode Timely and accurate reporting of sales performance Daily team sales reporting to Sales Manager Clear and detailed reporting of individual and team performance Ensure smooth transition of sales to the Account Management team Record all Agent details accurately Receive and process payment from the Agents via correct payment method Work closely with the Account Management team and Finance to ensure sales is processed accordingly Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a Sales environment Familiar with inbound sales environment Required: Business telephone etiquette Strong communications skills Sales skills Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and a local dialect. Desirable: Field sales
