Responsibilities:
- Achieving consistent business development target and business objectives.
- Managing and building business relationships with targeted group of business and corporate clients/industries.
- Identifying new sales, new clients, new propositions and new business opportunities.
- Developing sales leads and building-up sustainable pipelines.
- Performing sales activity such as cold calling to new clients, new industries, objections handling, conducting sales presentation with corporate clients and to convince them on our value propositions to seal the deal.
- Developing additional product requirements and solutions to meet client requirements.
- Tracking and updating sales results, pipelines status and providing recommendations to salvage and close the deals.
- Collaborating with the product managers and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions and product features to seal the deals.
- Providing new ideas and new suggestions to enhance current propositions, products features and processes.
- Attending, sharing and presenting our products and sales presentation during client meetings, roadshows and events.

Requirements:
- Degree in Business or any
related field
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate
sales or tech business development experience with proven track records of
achievement.
- Possess a track record of
teams delivering deals of new innovative products or digital/tech
solutions to the market (Financial Institutions, Governments, Valuers,
Developers, Property Agencies, Corporates, Malls, Telco Real Estate
Agencies, eCommerce and etc)
- Possess a good track
record of leveraging data intelligence and analytics to execute effective
sales strategies
- Solid relationships with relevant
stakeholders within the targeted group of customers.
- In-depth understanding
of Mortgage Loan, Secured Lending, Credit Policy and Risk processes.
