Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operations of the Agent Trade Marketing team, which consist of but not limited to: Assist with event planning and execution (workshop, webinar and conference) according to event calendar. Assist with execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns (plan, create and distribute marketing materials, both online and offline) Assist with data compilation for marketing reports and insights Follow-up marketing operation tasks such as source, secure and coordinate with external vendors to produce marketing collaterals (flyers, brand premiums, etc.) Follow-up financial processes including filing of quotations, creation of purchase orders, submission of invoices, follow-ups on payment and delivery Manage the inventory of merchandise, marketing collaterals, and oversee requests, delivery and distribution of collaterals to Sales team members as well as to our other offices. Carry out adhoc duties as and when required for Agent Trade Marketing team, in a timely and quality manner. Requirements: Fresh graduates keen in a building marketing career are encouraged to apply Skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) Highly resources and creative, with a keen eye for details Pleasant and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Self-driven and hungry to learn
