Responsibilities: To convert leads from multiple inbound housing loan referral channels (e.g. through property agent partners, our sales renewals teams) to successful acceptances To provide expert advice/solutions in matching customer’s needs to the various housing loan offerings. The successful candidate will provide independent and holistic solutions to meet client home ownership needs. To continue to build relationship with the client base acquired by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the business. Working closely with the Team Lead, Mortgages, to execute strategies and tactical campaigns, and all other such activities related to Fintech and Mortgage Requirements: A strong service mindset, sales-driven and a self-starter. A strong property agency network for mortgage sales referrals. A proven sales track record in a mortgage sales/brokerage-related role is an advantage Secured Loans experience / Proven track record in a sales and service-related industry is preferred. Effective influencing and communication skills. Outgoing and confident personality, able to think quickly on your feet and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
