Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries by telephone and email, plus any other communication channels that are introduced by the company such as live chat and social media. Conducts Welcome Calls to providing new/ returning customers with the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors that enable them to use our product(s) effectively. Increase sales potential by answering product and service enquiries through inbound calls and forwarding them to the relevant sales personnel. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Providing sales support to the sales team through services such as Personal Listing assistance, creation and progress tracking of bug reports and leads data extraction etc.
Requirements: Thai nationality Minimum 3 years in the related working experience Self-motivated, independent and has a service mind. Mature with initiative and patience to serve customers over the phone. Good communication skill and communicate efficiently over phone. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player Working experience as call center or customer service, handle inbound calls is an advantage. Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
